Valley View

This a view of Holston Mountains in southwest Virginia from the valley near Bristol, Virginia.

It is a pencil sketch I did of the mountain valley, an impressionistic view looking toward the mountains on a summer day.

I have many sketches of this region of tobacco barns, farms and the mountains to illustrate the way people live in the area of Tennessee and Virginia.

thats a nice piece of work forrest....i like the clear pint work..i mean...i would like to try that sometime...absolutely ur border line work has beenhighlighted without trying to find solace in too much shading......

This is such a nice drawing. It makes me want to go in to the little shack and have a look around! I can't wait to be brave enough to try drawing scenes rather than objects!
