Chill'in

Hello, Marty here:

This is an oil painting I did in 1989. I call it Chill'in, because it's cold outside. I used oil paints from a Bob Ross kit I bought. I hope you like it and would leave me a comment on it. I had a little shine on when my granddaughter/daughter took it for me. Sorry.

Thank You.......Marty!

***Note from Kerry:
Gee Marty, you have a natural gift - this is so lovely.

Your painting
by: Sheryl Lynn Boivin

Oh, I love this....I have always been drawn to cabins and the wilderness. Maybe one day I can buy that little cabin in the woods...your painting makes it look so peaceful, quite and inviting.
Great Job! Wish I could paint...

Hi, I am glad you like the oil paintings. I plan on doing more as soon as I can. I just painted one a friend wanted me to paint for him. He is a coon hunter and he had a picture of his three hound dogs and himself while he was hunting. Well I painted the dogs at the base of the tree howling with him in the forground and the ratcoon on a limb. I painted him with his rifle raised and pointed toward the ratcoon. He also at a light on his special hat he wore. It was also a nighttime painting. Well it took two weeks to dry to the touch and I presented it to him. He has it hanging on his wall and no one is allowed to touch it. It really loves it.

Everyoneplease draw more and you'll feel a lot better....

Hello MIF:This may no be the right place to answer you. However, I plan to add some more of my oil paintings. I haven't got many left as I have sold some and I also have given some to poor people to brighten up their home and life.

Thank You for your comment on the : Mountain Retreat "

Excellent work
by: Mif

WOW! I love your work, the other piece "Mountain Retreat" reminds me a little of something you may see as a backdrop in a "snowstorm", you know, one of those water filled objects that you shake and it appears to snow.
Please do more.
