This is the initial drawing of my niece that I am in the process of painting in watercolors.

I drew her from a photograph and then changed her into a fairy and added the foliage setting.

Fairy Princess Isabel - Watercolor Paiinting

This is the finished painting that goes along with the drawing I already submitted.

Princess Isabel

It was my second fairy painting. I used a photo of my 5 year old niece and then set her in fairyland.

I love the dreamy, yet mischievous look on her face.

Watercolors are my favorite painting medium, but I am really enjoying drawing in graphite too.

Recently I have been reading a Lee Hammond book and obtaining a lot of good knowledge/skills.
