I like the hooves. Unicorns are usually imagined as having goat hooves, so that adds a little bit of fantasy to this drawing. The "cloak" looks more like a blanket. Horse blankets do exist and are normally used to keep a horse warm during the night. There are some that keep a horse cool during summer, and some that repel flies. Blankets can also be very pretty! I've seen some with zebra stripes. I guess you can call it fashion for equine. I'm sorry for providing all this information about blankets (All that horse crazy people talk about are horses, ponies, zebras, donkeys, mules, hinnies, kiangs, onagers, tapirs, and ancestors!).
