Too Realistic

This drawing is just so lovely! Try imagining the outer petals wrapping around the center of the flower the next time you draw a rose. Try to add a velvety texture.

Now, why don't you try something like I did for an exercise using only 1 color pencil or possibly 2, use green for leaves but everything in monochrome. That's even more fun. Joe
