I uploaded this drawing before, but you said you would like to see the sketch ... I know this site is more about pencil drawing , but I really like to play with photoshop.

Anyway, this is the original drawing, hope you like it :D (sorry about the picture's quality, my scaner is broken and I had to use my camera)

Maria-Cristina, I thought the original (Poppy) would be outstanding - and it is!

We are all different and we like different things (thank goodness, other the world would be pretty boring!) but I love this one more than the colored one. It tells me more about you, the artist.

It doesn't matter where they saw the picture to draw.

Please don't pay any attention to whoever posted that link to the poppy... every artist copies... art is our version of what we see... just because you used a website to learn how to draw it doesn't make it any less beautiful. It also doesn't say anything about your abilities. Just please continue to draw and to post them... you truly have a talent, and maybe once you're more comfortable with a pencil you can walk outside and draw another beautiful poppy =) please continue to draw seeing these pictures make my days more enjoyable

This is a great drawing! Where did you learn to draw flowers so well? I think the background could have been lighter so the poppy would stand out more, but it's still beautiful.
