I always liked drawing, but only in the beginning of this year (2008) I started taking it more seriously.

I began drawing portraits in January 2008, and this is the last one I have drawn. I did it as a gift to offer to my dear friends.

Great Job on building the portraits into the a sculptured effect on the 2-dimensional surface.
I'm sure you captured a good likeness and character too.
