My friend means a lot to me. I think drawing people i care about shows in my drawing. I put more time in to it.

Dawn doesn't know i drew a pic of her..so i'm going to send it to her for christmas. I can't wait!

This is my little sister. I really like taking photos and this came out great when i wasn't really trying to take a pic, I just love to draw people who i care about.

It's me again! This is my great uncle Danny. He was in the Air Force for 20 years.

While i was drawing this my dad asked why he was small being i didn't fill the paper. Half way thru the drawing i thought about putting a flag behind him.

I had to finish it before i went to bed so that was around 3am. Just got really deep into my drawing I guess.

This is my boyfriend's sister and we have gotten close over the years. I just love how she looks. She didn't know I drew this intil I posted it on my site.

This is my dad's artwork. I think he does a great job. Somethings he is better at and there are things I'm good at with our art.

It's nice if I'm having problems with a drawing he'll say why don't you try with... I think that will help..and same thing goes for him...so it's nice to have a another artist in the house.

My Dad and I work on one picture and copy as close as we can. Once we are both done, he gives me a lesson on what I should do next time.

I tell him what i like and didn't like about his...like, on his, I really didn't like his eyelashes. But, his shade was better...so that's what we have been doing to get better.

This is my friend Michelle.. She is handicap but that doesn't stop her from having a great life, full of laughter and jokes.

She has touched my heart like no one else can, she doesn't have to worry about the world so she can give 110% to you. We really can't do that all the time because we have families and jobs. Life just gets in the way of people.

He almost didn't make it he was way too early. But now, he is getting so big.

This is my grandma and grandpa... how art moves thru a family.

My great grandma was a painter and my grandpa is a wood worker. My Dad is an artist and Mom loves to make homemade card and things.

I hope my kids pick up something.

A Pretty Girl

Drawing taken from a photograph I took of my youngest daughter for Sr. Pics. This was really hard for me, the first drawing I did, I made her nose too long and she looked like a totally different person. Still pretty, but different. Still have a lot to learn!

My Granddaughter

I dreamed about Hannah before she was born and told my daughter-in-law that she was a girl with dark hair and eyes. She is always smiling, waving and saying, "Hi."

I told Megan and my son, Adam, that I thought she was an angel, so I drew a picture of her. I think the picture looks like her. She is precious and brings me lots of happiness!
