This drawing was only a rough draft to see if I would be able to do horses. My daughter saw it and loved so she rescued it from the "circular file" that I had discarded it to.

She displays it on her wall and says it reminds her of running wild horses.

It just goes to show, that even rough drafts can be loved, so don't give up.

You can draw a horse! This doesn't look like a rough draft (It's no where close to it!)! The head looks a little out of proportion, but the only way to get that right is to keep drawing horses. I would suggest drawing the eyes to look as human as possible. This will really add the little sparkle of spirit that all horses have in their eyes. If the "human" eyes are really detailed, it's just plain pretty! Your daughter is right, this picture does remind me of a herd of mustangs!
