9/11 Fireman

I have always been into drawing. I did this right after September 11th, and I guess you could call it my personal therapy.

Please note, I did not draw the flag background.

I took my drawing, burned the edges and placed it in a frame with the flag material wrapped around the cardboard backing that came with the frame.

I hope you enjoy it, I should be adding more.

***Note from Kerry:
Michael, this drawing is very profound and it clearly portrays how we all felt at that time. You have done a really good job with this, I love the effect with the flag.

by: Kerry

Well, I do agree I am fast-tracking my way to the mad kingdom! However, as you know, I am a little slow and I'm sorry to say I can't work out why you are thinking I'm krazy only now? Did I say something ultra-dumb? Heh, wouldn't surprise me in the least! Please type your reply slowly so I can keep up... lol

LOL.....

Crazy Kerry......that's your new nickname....Crazy Kerry, but I guess we could get more modern with it, we'll make it Krazy Kerry! That explains a lot, but knowing the name of the drawing might be an issue for someone who doesn't know all of your work on here....but they can do a search of your name and see a lot of them....that's probably good enough...I would think.......

how to find drawings
by: Kerry

Hi Michael,
Horror of horrors, no drawings are ever filed away or stashed into a database somewhere. All of your drawings are accessible at all times, as with everyone else's work. I know you know how to access it so I will tell Lilly how to find each artist's work.

Hi Lilly,
It's only a matter of doing a search (top right every page) and keying in a word appropriate to the title or drawing. It's the drawings that are given titles that don't describe the topic - they are the ones that can be difficult to find.

Doing a search by an artist's name is a good way to find a good majority of drawings.

I'm thinking this might be the spider drawing you referred to...

Black Widow spider

I have been very honored to see a good amount of Michael's work, he keeps me up to date, bless his soul.

xx

Thank you......

Well thank you very much. I very much appreciate that....most everything that is on other sites are also on here somewhere....this site has more of my work than all the other sites combined. I guess, as they become older they just kind of fade away into a database here.......but I think I have over 100 drawings posted on here somewhere......thank you again, I would be honored to accept your friend request on FB.....

Hello, Michael;

What a grand drawing, I am going to print it out in black and white and frame it on the wall so I can see it everytime I sit down at my computer.

I really like the effect of the flag. The reason I am printing it out in black & white is because I am out of color ink.

However I am saving the picture to print it out when I get some color ink.

Please share some more of your drawings with us.

With Warm Regards

Marty!
