#1 - People out walking
I've done this scene in coloured pastels. I am trying my
hand with all different mediums.

I call this one "Bridge over troubled water".

#2 - Lonely Winters Lake
I created this scene on colour card. This was my first attempt to try pastels - I am quite amazed on how well this painting has come out.

#3 - Mountain
As part of my experiment with trying all different mediums, here is the one I did trying a painting with oils.

#4 - A Portrait
The portrait was done in coloured pastels on pastel paper card. I am quite pleased with this one.

Note from Kerry:
Hello Michael
It's great to see you experimenting with all mediums and looks like you are really enjoying the whole process.

You have every right to be pleased with each one, they look really good.

I had to increase the size of #2 - the Lake - because it was too small. That also reduces the quality so I'm sorry about that. #2 is my favorite one so I had to get a better view of it. Great work, Michael.

Oops is my middle name
by: Sue from Tennessee

Kerry, My brain is still somewhere in outer space. I really don't know who I was talking to now. I was answering Sergio and Michael. Now I don't even remember what I was saying. I think I'll just turn off the computer and work on my drawing. I have a new sketch and a new watercolor to finish. So I will talk later (if I remember). Sue

Hi Sue
You do mean Sergio, you're just on the wrong page. (Sorry for the confusion, Michael)

Sergio (this is the link to that page) was the one asking about your drawings.

Michael, These are lovely. I am experimenting with different methods as well but I have not tried pastels yet. Any pointers?
