On my 58th birthday I decided I was going to let my creative spirit out to play. I have been trying many art techniques to find the one that really seems to fit me.

I think I have found it, or at least I have found something that I truly love to draw/paint. Women/girls faces.

I intend to stretch myself within the realm of drawing/painting to see what else I can discover that has been hidden within. Who knows?

Note from Kerry:
Hello Teresa
Your artwork looks really great! I have lots of questions so I hope you can answer them...

This looks to be created digitally, is that correct? If so, what is your favorite program?

Did you do this from memory or did you use a reference picture?

Did you make up the wording? I did read it but the little signature underneath isn't quite legible. I'll write it here for those who can't quite make out what it says...

"You can't connect the dots looking forward;
You can only connect them looking backwards...

Believing that the dots will connect down the road will give you the confidence to follow your heart, even when it leads you off the well worn path."

I think you have designed a very attractive piece so I hope you've continued to let your creative spirit take over!

Is this an image in your likeness? I wasn't sure so I have placed it under "Your Color Drawings" for now. If it does look like you then I will change it back to "Meet the Artist" as per your original choice.

Teresa, I am so sorry it has taken me a long time to get your page uploaded - I am way behind with everyone's submissions and I can't seem to get on top of things. One of these days...
